- You agree not to misuse the service or interfere with its operation.
SMS and Communications
If you opt in, we may send text messages about your job (confirmation and scheduling). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying "STOP".
Quotes and Scheduling
Quotes are estimates based on provided information. Final pricing and scheduling are determined by the contractor.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for contractor performance or outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroundWorks Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
